THE Namibian Police are seeking public assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Elias Tuliikeni Teofelus, who went missing from Swakopmund in July this year.
Teofelus is 25 years old. He was reported missing by his brother Hosea Shipo after many attempts to trace him.
Teofelus allegedly emptied out his shack at the DRC settlement before he went missing.
According to Shipo, his brother allegedly gave his belongings away to a neighbour, saying that he had secured employment out of town.
His clothes were discovered on the roof of the neighbour’s shack
“He did not say where he got a job. He normally does not go quiet on us. Usually, if he has not heard from us for a while, he would call us and tell us where he is but this time around, he did not inform anyone,” said Shipo.
He said Teofelus is healthy and has no mental challenges.
